RUMOR CONFIRMED - RUSSELL BRAND DOES NOT WANT SPOUSAL SUPPORT: Word on the street yesterday was that RUSSELL BRAND wasn't going to ask for any of the money he is entitled to from KATY PERRY ... and according to the documents filed, the rumor is indeed confirmed.

The papers also show that Katy has chosen to restore her maiden name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson. And this is how amicable the divorce is ... Kathy signed her name with a smiley face. (Click to enlarge)

JAY-Z AND BEYONCE TRADEMARK BLUE IVY'S NAME: JAY-Z and BEYONCE are making sure no one cashes in on their baby’s good name by reportedly trademarking their daughter's name.

The Washington Post reports the couple filed multiple applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for various trademarks of Blue Ivy's name just days after her birth. The trademark ,if granted, will reserve her name for future use of items like "baby carriages, baby cosmetics and diaper bags."

Two incidents of someone looking to profit off of the couple’s bundle of joy have already happened. One fashion designer submitted an application to trademark "Blue Ivy Carter NYC" on Jan. 11, then on Jan. 20, another application for "Blue Ivy Carter Glory IV" was submitted, this time to be used to sell a line of fragrances. Both filings have since been denied.

Meanwhile … Bey made another post-baby appearance – this time wearing a lot of blue stuff, which I guess is supposed to remind us that she just had Blue Ivy™ a few weeks ago, and rub her post-baby body in our fat faces.

UPDATE - KIM KARDASHIAN WANTS DIVORCE DETAILS KEPT PRIVATE: As their divorce moves forward, KRIS HUMPHRES is sid to want the trial broadcast, but in a reversal or roles, KIM KARDASHIAN wants it out of the public spotlight.

A source told Radar Online, "A public trial is the last thing that Kim wants, and she has instructed her lawyer to formally petition the court so that the divorce can be heard by a mediator, which is routinely done in California, since it's a no-fault state."

The insider added, "This is a fairly routine divorce proceeding. Kim just wants this over and done with," but away from our prying eyes!

CELEBRITY SEX - COURTENEY COX: When it comes to the COURTENEY COX / DAVID ARQUETTE split, it's usually David who's doing over sharing. Yesterday, it was COURTENEY COX dishing the TMI.

Courtney revealed in a radio interview that David was the last man to enter her Secret Garden. However, she has made out with one guy. When asked if it was one of her "Cougar Town" co-stars, Court replied "Maybe."

She wouldn't elaborate further, but the scuttlebutt last year had her linked to both JOSH HOPKINS, who plays her boyfriend Grayson on the show, and BRIAN VAN HOLT, who plays her ex-husband Bobby.

IN DENIAL - ADAM LEVINE: A rep for Maroon 5 lead singer and “The Voice” judge ADAM LEVINE is denying reports that his client may be on the prowl again.

Sources told the New York Post that Levine and his Victoria’s Secret model girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna, called it quits last month after two years of dating. Levine was supposedly spotted at a Super Bowl party in Indy Saturday night looking “really heartbroken."

But a rep for Levine denies the couple has broken up, calling the story "100 percent not true."

BABY POOP - IT'S A GIRL FOR KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN!!! OR IS IT???: KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN is having a girl ... at least according to a friend of hers.

The un-named friend confirmed the news to 'Life & Style' magazine, saying, quote: "Kourtney was hoping for a girl. She...thinks having a girl would be perfect so she can dress her up and show her the ropes in life."

Kourtney's rep, meanwhile, denies the mom-to-be knows the sex of her baby. "Kourtney and Scott do not know yet what they are having."

IN DENIAL - SANDRA BULLOCK: SANDRA BULLOCK spent the better part of last year repeatedly denying rumors she was dating RYAN REYNOLDS.

Now she's slamming reports linking her to his business partner and friend, Jonathon Komack Martin.

DOES KRIS HUMPHRIES WANTS DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS TELEVISED???: Does KRIS HUMPHRIES want his divorce preceeding televised so he can prove KIM KARDASHIAN only married him for her reality show?

According to TMZ he does. The gossip site claims Kris and his divorce lawyer want to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" in order to prove Kim never intended to stay married to Kris. Further, Kris and his lawyer also plan to ask a judge to allow TV stations to broadcast the couple's divorce hearings.

After Kim filed for divorce back in October on the grounds of "irreconcilable differences," Kris countered with an annulment because claimed the marriage was based on "fraud." But TMZ's sources claim he's going to have a problem proving fraud because he was the one who proposed.

In addition, the prenup is so long and includes many clauses about the future that Kim could argue she wouldn't have gone to such trouble if she knew she was going to end the marriage so quickly.

KATY PERRY/RUSSELL BRAND DIVORCE FINALIZED - BRAND WON'T DEMAND HALF: Although RUSSELL BRAND'S lawyer filed final divorce papers yesterday, word is a judge won't make it official until June 30 because California has a mandatory 6 month waiting period.

And even though Brand and KATY PERRY did not have a prenup,and California is a community property state -- meaning he would be entitled to 50% of the 44 million Katy made while they were married -- Russell supposedly doesn't want her money.

Commenting on the divorce negotiations to TMZ, an insider said Russell was, quote, "a mensch (Yiddish for a good person). He doesn't want Katy's money. He's happy to walk away with the money he earned."

IN DENIAL - ZOOEY DESCHANEL: ZOOEY DESCHANEL put an end to the rumor that she and RUSSELL BRAND have been trading flirty texts. The self-professed KATY PERRY look-a-like told the ladies of "The View" yesterday, "On the scale of truth and completely preposterous - it's completely preposterous."

CHRISTINA AGUILERA - 'DON'T MAKE ME LOOK FAT': CHRISTINA AGUILERA is supposedly making life miserable on the set of "The Voice", demanding that the director shoot her in a way that makes her look thinner than she is.

"The National Enquirer" reports that Aguilera delays filming with her demands and holds up production by constantly saying "Don't make me look fat" or "Don't show my butt." An on-set source says, "She's insisted the cameramen only shoot her at flattering angles, forcing a few segments to be reshot. She also demands that the stylists bring her the latest slimming fashions, and she's always ordering the makeup artists to make her face look thinner."

Her actions are supposedly annoying the rest of the panel, especially ADAM LEVINE. "Blake and Cee Lo get annoyed at Christina's silly requests, but Adam really can't stand it," the source dished. Word is when she’s weighed; they make her stand backwards so she can't see how much she weighs. But the site’s source says it’s common practice for patients being treated for an eating disorder.

Quote, “Their weights are taken every day, sometimes several times a day to make sure that they aren't losing weight while in treatment. Doctors…don't want patients to fixate on their weight."

UPDATE - M.I.A. MAY HAVE TO FOOT THE BILL FOR FINGER 'MISHAP': If NBC gets fined for rapper M.I.A.'s middle finger gesture during MADONNA'S Super Bowl Halftime performance, she may have to foot the bill. TMZ is reporting that M.I.A. signed a contract that specified she'd be responsible for any fine related to her performance, not NBC or the NFL.

While the NFL and NBC issued apologies shortly after the incident on Sunday, M.I.A. continues to remain mum about it, but a "source close" to her "who is not authorized to speak on the record" told Headline News M.I.A. "feels horrible for putting Madonna in that position. She was amped up and in performance mode...and [the] adrenaline took over."

The source adds that the "mishap" was not meant "as a statement of any kind."

Meanwhile ... The British tabloid "Sun" is claiming that Madonna is "livid" at M.I.A. for upstaging her. According to their source, Madge is upset that, quote, "everyone ended up talking about this girl's middle finger."

GISELE BUNDCHEN STANDS BY HER MAN, INSULTS PATRIOTS' RECEIVERS: GISELE BUNDCHEN is getting a ton of heat for defending husband TOM BRADY at the expense of the Patriots' receivers following New England's Super Bowl loss Sunday.

As Gisele was making her way through Lucas Oil Stadium after the game, the supermodel was heckled a New York Giants fans who yelled out "Eli rules, Eli owns your husband."

TMZ says Tom's teammates are ticked off, because Gisele violated a, quote, "code of brotherhood" and the gossip site is now calling her the ‘Yoko Ono of the Patriots.’ I think that means that when she sings it sounds like somebody is strangling a cat. No?

I don’t think she wasn't trashing his teammates; so much as she was defending her husband. It's not like she was being interviewed, or like she posted this on Twitter or Facebook She probably never meant for these remarks to go public. She said them in the heat of the moment, and someone happened to be taping her.

COULD BE TRUE, COULD BE CRAP - RUSSELL BRAND PERSUING ZOEY DESHANEL:According to OK! Magazine, RUSSELL BRAND has his sights set on "New Girl" star ZOEY DESCHANEL. In fact, the pair have supposedly been corresponding over text message for weeks.

A source tells the tab, "He's been in contact, asking to meet up. He thinks she's hysterically funny and cute, too. He loves her quirky sense of humor. There seems to be a spark there. Zooey doesn't know whether she'll meet up with Russell yet. She's still recovering from the breakdown of her own marriage."

M.I.A. provided the performance's only controversy when she gave viewers the bird as she and Nicki Minaj joined Madonna on stage for their song, "Give Me All Your Luvin." Both NBC and the NFL released statements apologizing for the inappropriate gesture ...

MADONNA, as we said, lived up to the no wardrobe malfunction promise, although at one point when her dancers flipped her upside-down, there was a whole lotta crotch showing ...

DEMI MOORE CHECKS INTO SWANKY REHAB: DEMI MOORE is finally seeking help. E! is reporting that Moore is on “total lockdown” at the ultra-posh Cirque Lodge treatment center in Sundance, Utah, and is reportedly being treated for an eating disorder and addiction issues.

According to the gossip site's source, "“It became clear to [Demi] that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help.”

Meanwhile ... TMZ has jumped on the tabloid bandwagon that her hospitalization was a result of her desperate attempt to stay young by spending weeks partying. The site reports that about a week before she was rushed to the hospital, Moore attended the birthday party for MILEY CYRUS' boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth.

In other Kardashian Knews ... KHLOE KARDASHIAN is claiming self defense in a suit being brought against her by a transgender woman. MADONNA TAKES ANOTHER PASSIVE-AGRESSIVE DIG AT LADY GAGA: MADONNA continues to give LADY GAGA backhanded compliments. Since everyone is interested in her take on Gaga these days, "The Advocate" asked her what she thought of Lady Gaga's status as the new gay icon.

Madonna said, quote, "I can see why she has a young gay following. I can see that they connect to her kind of not fitting into the conventional norm. I mean, she's not Britney Spears. She's not built like a brick s***house."

Wait, what? Did Madge just say Gaga is no Britney Spears or did she just intimate that Gaga is built like a 12 year-old boy? Or is she saying that everything about Lady Gaga seems to suggest she's an outsider, a misfit, someone who doesn't fit the mold and that's how a lot of gay people feel? Discuss.

ASHTON KUTCHER AND BRUCE WILLIS VISIT DEMI MOORE: DEMI MOORE'S ex and soon-to-be ex are reaching out in her time of need. E Online is reporting that both ASHTON KUTCHER and BRUCE WILLIS visited seperately with Moore at her home on Wednesday.

Ashton -- who was in Brazil when news of Demi's hospitalization broke -- hasn't publically commented on the situation since his return. Willis sat with Demi prior to Kutcher's arrival. There are no details about either visit.

A so-called pal says her daily diet has been "Red Bull for breakfast. Red Bull for lunch. Red Bull for dinner, with a lettuce leaf and a tablespoon of tuna fish thrown in... That's it."

Another source says, "Demi got so she'd almost talk about nothing else than finding ways to keep young and pretty... For a long time, it was clear she was doing it all to keep Ashton interested."

SPLITSVILLE - HEIDI KLUM: After saying they planned on an “amicable” and drama free divorce, SEAL and HEIDI KLUM are said to be taking their breakup in an ugly direction.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports yesterday's public statement by Seal’s ex-girlfriend, Tatiana Patitz, about his “uncontrollable temper” may have been at the hands of the Klum camp to help strengthen Heidi's negotiating position as the couple hammer out their divorce.

DID A 'DESPERATE' DEMI MOORE MAKE A PLAY FOR ZAC EFRON???!!!: I'm sure you've noticed how DEMI MOORE'S life has been spiraling downward since splitting from husband ASHTON KUTCHER. Everyone seems to agree she was running off the rails before her hospitalization last week.

And now, a source is telling 'Us Weekly' she's been acting all weird and partying like a rock star for months due to some sort of desperation to stay young as she approaches 50. "She's been really down, and she's surrounding herself with young people to make her feel better," say the source.

Making herself feel better apparently includes bizarre and inappropriate behavior ... like allegedly making a play for 24-year-old ZAC EFRON!!! Zac, you see, is good friends with her daughter, RUMER WILLIS. Demi reportedly forced herself into Rumer's social circle and made a beeline for Zac.

According to the tab's source, Moore "calls and texts [Zac] a lot, but he's not interested at all. He thinks she's a creepy cougar."

RELATIONSHIP REPORT - WILL SMITH AND JADA PINKETT LIVING APART: The tabloids have been insisting for months that WILL SMITH and JADA PINKETT'S marriage is in trouble, although they won't admit they're breaking up. But that isn't stopping the tabs from keeping the rumors going.

The "Star" now says it's gotten to point that Will and Jada are living thousands of miles apart. Will, they say, is living in Philadelphia with 13-year-old JADEN while Jada is in L.A. with 11-year-old WILLOW. Their family insider says "They haven't spent any time as a whole family in months. R.I.P - DON CORNELIUS: DON CORNELIUS, who created and hosted "Soul Train", died yesterday of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. He was 75. Cornelius did not leave a suicide note, but sources say he was battling several health issues and the pain had become pretty intense.

The "Modern Family" eye candy is not only funny and beautiful, but according to AskMen she has the best cleavage on TV. At 39 years old, by the way, she’s the oldest winner ever.

Kutcher was in Brazil to shoot photos for a catalog and took in a BRUNO MARS concert. (--See video below.)

The rumor yesterday was that she'd had a seizure after taking a hit of nitrous oxide in the form of a whip-it. Now Radar Online claims her drug of choice was the prescription medication Adderall, which is used to treat attention deficit disorder.

DEMI MOORE HOSPITALIZED, ENTERING REHAB: Two month after her marriage broke down DEMI MOORE appears to have suffered a break down of her own.

Moore was rushed to the hospital Monday night after paramedics responded to a 911 call at her L.A. home.

A source told E! Online it was a female friend of Demi's who called 911 and told the operator Demi was shaking and, quote, "acting like she was suffering from a seizure."

And while Demi's rep blames it on "the stresses in her life right now," TMZ says the real issue was substance abuse and that Moore is heading into a treatment facility. Demi's rep confirms she will be seeking professional help to treat, quote, "her exhaustion and improve her overall health."

SEAL SAYS DON’T EXPECT NASTY DIVORCE: In an interview airing this Friday night on PBS, SEAL says if you were hoping he and HEIDI KLUM will go through a nasty, public breakup you can move along because there won't be anything to see. "We're just not those kind of people."

LINDSAY LOHAN SERVED WITH BIZARRE LAWSUIT: TMZ reports that on her way out of court yesterday LINDSAY LOHAN was served with a lawsuit filed by a delusional man who believes she had something to do with Osama bin Laden's death.

In the 12-page suit the man claims that through Facebook, Lindsay duped him into believing that she wanted to invest in an internet business he was going to create. When he pressed her about her true intentions, the dude says he uncovered a conspiracy about the killing of Bin Laden.

Oh, he also claims that Lindsay "might be a high-end prostitute", and he's demanding $300,000 for unfair business practices.

Meanwhile ... Linds got another glowing report in court yesterday. Judge Sautner had nothing but good things to say during Lindsay's monthly probation review, and urged her to "keep doing what you're doing."

Lindsay will be back in court February 22nd, at which point she must complete 15 more days of community service and five more therapy sessions. If she keeps it up, she should be finished with probation at the end of March.

HEATHER LOCKLEAR HOSPITALIZED: HEATHER LOCKLEAR was hospitalized yesterday after her sister called 911 call saying she believed Heather was in danger.

According to TMZ, Heather's sister called 911 at about 2:00 P.M. saying she believed Heather took a dangerous mix of alcohol and prescription medication and was, quote, "afraid Heather was going to harm herself."

A hospital spokesperson told TMZ that Locklear was, quote, "awake and responsive when she arrived" and that she's "responding well to treatment." Word is she'll be released later today.

UPDATE - KRIS JENNER ASSURES US KHLOE IS A KARDASHIAN: KRIS JENNER wants us all to know that KHLOE is indeed the daughter of her late ex-husband ROBERT KARDASHIAN, and that you really shouldn't concern yourself with such crazy talk.

She told ABC News that Khloe not looking like the rest of the Kardashians has always been a "family joke", but that, quote, "I gave birth. I know who the dad was, everything's good. Don't worry about it . . . Get a life."

BABY BLUE GOES HOME: BEYONCE and JAY-Z have taken baby Blue home. Lenox Hill Hospital confirmed that the couple took their daughter home early Tuesday morning.

According to the New York Daily News, Bey, Z, and Blue snuck out of Lenox Hill at around 1:30 am. Two SUVs with tinted windows were spotted blocking traffic in order to allow a van, allegedly with the family inside, to pass.

It's the family's first public announcement regarding the birth and reveals that she was delivered naturally, instead of reports that claimed she was born via c-section.

"Hello Hello Baby Blue!" read the note from couple. "We are happy to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, born on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven."

BREASTFEEDING MOMS CONSIDER LAWSUIT OVER BEYONCE BABY DRAMA: According to TMZ, other new moms at the hospital Blue Ivy was born have been complaining about how they are being treated now that the superstars' offspring has arrived.

Sources say that mothers who have been taking a breastfeeding class at the hospital have been discussing how they've been "neglected" by staff, and are thinking about filing a lawsuit. The mothers are reportedly not mad at the stars, but at the people who run the hospital.

Lenox Hill is denying they gave the couple special treatment. "The suggestion that the couple paid $1.3 million to rent an entire maternity floor is simply not true,” read a statement from the hospital. The facility did confirm that Beyonce had their own personal security on hand at the hospital, but says they were in charge of controlling the management of security, and insist they made “every effort” to keep the disruption of other patients to a minimum.

KATY PERRY BREAKS TWITTER SILENCE: KATY PERRY has been totally absent from Twitter since her split from RUSSELL BRAND, nor has she issued any sort of statement about the impending divorce.

Of course, that hasn't stopped gossip sites, celebrity magazines, and so called "sources" from blabbing all kinds of alleged details about the split forcing Katy to break her silence and post her fist Tweet since the news went public.

This comes just days after her parents said their daughter's divorce was a blessing because it created interest in their ministry.

UPDATE - ALEC BALDWIN "RUDE" TO AMERICAN AIRLINES CREW: American Airlines is giving its side of the ALEC BALDWIN fiasco. As we told you yesterday, the "30 Rock" star went on a Twitter rant Tuesday, fuming that a "flight attendant on American reamed me out for playing Words With Friends while we sat at the gate, not moving", and then eventually kicked him off the flight.

Now the company has issued a statement saying that Alec was "extremely rude to the crew, calling them inappropriate names and using offensive language. Given the facts above, the passenger was removed from the flight and denied boarding."

In a letter published on Huffington Post, Alec offers an apologizing, of sorts, writing, "It was never my intention to inconvenience anyone with my 'issue' with a certain flight attendant" -- who, he claims, singled him out to make an example of him. He then goes on to trash the airline industry, saying they used 9/11 "as an excuse to make the air travel experience as inelegant as possible."

GIULIANA RANCIC GETTING MASTECTOMY: GIULIANA RANCIC announced yesterday on the "Today" show she will undergo a double mastectomy next week.

The E! News host revealed this past October that she had been diagnosed with the early stages of breast cancer, and after having a double lumpectomy to remove the cancerous cells, she found out that doctors failed to "get all the cancer out." While she could have gone back for another lumpectomy, Giuliana decided to go forward with the more radical procedure.

"To be honest, all it came down to was choosing to live and not looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life," said the 36-year-old. "It could have come back more aggressively next time, so for me it was just more important to get the cancer out."

Giuliana says her husband Bill made it a bit easier. "Bill said to me, 'I just need you around for the next 50 years, kid. I don't care about the physical portion of this, so let's just get you healthy.'"

Tameka is also asking that a judge reconsider her $5,000-a-month child support as there has been a "substantial" increase in Usher's income. A hearing on the matter is set to happen later today.

KOURTNEY AND KIM TAKE THE RATINGS: So much for that online campaign to boycott the Kardashians. Sunday's premiere of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York", which featured the early troubles in Kim's ill-fated marriage, drew 3.2 million viewers.

In case you missed the season premiere ... it was made pretty apparent Kim and KRIS HUMPHRIES were headed for splitsville. During the episode, Kris angered his wife by mocking her weight, ruining her pedicure and farting in Kourtney's face.

But the most explosive moment -- pun intended -- came when Kourtney organized a naked yoga session, in which the girls stayed clothed, but the male instructor walked around in the buff. And trust me, his "dog" wasn't the only thing facing downward.

SPLITSVILLE - LADY GAGA AND HER CHOREOGRAPHER: LADY GAGA has parted ways with a woman who was instrumental in creating...well...Lady Gaga: choreographer Laurieann Gibson.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, things started going south a few months ago after Gibson launched her own reality TV career and began spilling inside secrets from the Gaga camp.

It didn't help that in a May interview with L.A. Times, Gibson suggested that as the pop star's creative director, she was the one responsible for Gaga's look, a style Gibson claims she modeled after Madonna, saying, "Listen, [Madonna] should be bitter because I [made Lady Gaga in her image] on purpose and you can quote me. I did it on purpose because for all those kids who believe that you can't, I wanted to let them feel that you can."

The not-always reliable MediaTakeOut gossip site, meanwhile, claims things escalated after a recent argument over the phone after Gaga said she thinking of getting a new choreographer. HOPE SOLO, performing injured herself (shoulder), and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY began with a paso doble to "Can't Be Tamed" by Miley Cyrus for 21 (out of 30). Their tango to "Whatever Lola Wants" earned them a 24. They ended the night with 49 points.

JESSICA SIMPSON TWEETS ABOUT BOOBS AND BABY BUMP: JESSICA SIMPSON is known for being top heavey, but now the girls have some competition. Jessica recently tweeted this photo of herself with the caption:

KARDASHIAN KNEWS - KIM BEING SUED: A hair removal company is accusing KIM KARDASHIAN of being a liar. Kim is currently the spokesperson for TRIA home laser hair removal system, but Radiant, a rival company that sells 'no!no! hair', claims Kim doesn't actually use the product.

In legal papers, Radiant argues that Kim says she uses TRIA all over her body, but even TRIA says it's not safe for certain areas. They also argue that Kim has publically stated on many occasions that she's been getting professional hair removal treatments for decades. Radiant is trying to get TRIA and Kim to stop making their false claims. They are also seeking unspecified damages.

Meanwhile ... Kim took to her blog yesterday to thank her fans for all their support, and blow them a kiss, as she deals with her divorce. She promised she'd "start sharing my updates with you all again." Oh, goodie!
